Yum Tales delivers high-quality ambient beverages to professionals across Greece. Below you will find key information regarding orders, delivery, payments and policies.

1. Delivery Methods
In Attica, deliveries are carried out using Yum Tales’ own vehicles, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Across the rest of Greece, shipments are managed through partner freight companies.
Certain regions are served by local distribution partners depending on availability.
All products are stored and transported under ambient conditions.
Pick-up from our premises is not available.

2. Delivery Times
For orders placed before 15:00:
• Attica: delivery within 2 business days
• Rest of Greece: delivery within 3–5 business days
• Areas served by local distribution partners: delivery times follow each partner’s schedule
Express options are not currently available.

3. Minimum Order & Shipping
The minimum order amount is €50 for all areas in Greece.
There are no shipping fees within Attica.
For areas that are served directly by Yum Tales, shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight.

  • 10g-2kg: 5 EUR
  • 2kg-25kg: 7 EUR
  • 26kg-50kg: 14 EUR
  • 51kg-70kg: 21 EUR
  • 71kg-100kg: 30 EUR
  • 100kg-200kg: 40 EUR
  • 201kg-600kg: 50 EUR

For areas served by local distribution partners, shipping charges may vary.
The final cost is calculated automatically in the cart.

4. Payment Methods
In Attica: card, cash on delivery, and bank transfer.
Rest of Greece: card and bank transfer (cash on delivery not available).
Credit terms are not provided. IBAN details are not displayed publicly.

5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.
All products are eligible for cancellation.

If payment has been completed, refunds are processed according to bank timelines.

An automated confirmation email is sent upon cancellation.

6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If an item is incorrect or missing, Yum Tales covers the replacement cost.
Replacement shipments follow the standard delivery timelines, starting from the moment the issue is reported.
