B2B Ordering Guide
Yum Tales delivers high-quality ambient beverages to professionals across Greece. Below you will find key information regarding orders, delivery, payments and policies.
1. Delivery Methods
In Attica, deliveries are carried out with Yum Tales’ own vehicles, ensuring consistency and reliability. For the rest of Greece, shipments are handled via a partner transport company. In certain areas, distribution is served through local delivery partners, depending on the availability of each region’s network. All products are stored and transported in ambient conditions, with no refrigeration required, and have a shelf life of 6–9 months. Pick-ups from our headquarters are not supported.

Order placement is available via: App, Email, Phone.
3. Delivery Times
For orders placed by 14:00:
Attica: delivery within 2 business days
Rest of Greece: delivery within 3–5 business days
Areas served by local distribution partners: delivery time depends on their schedule
Express shipping is not currently available.
4. Minimum Order & Shipping Fees
The minimum order is €50 for all regions in Greece. In Attica, there are no shipping charges. For regions served directly by Yum Tales, shipping fees are calculated based on weight:
- 10g-2kg: 5 EUR
- 2kg-25kg: 7 EUR
- 26kg-50kg: 14 EUR
- 51kg-70kg: 21 EUR
- 71kg-100kg: 30 EUR
- 100kg-200kg: 40 EUR
- 201kg-600kg: 50 EUR
For areas served by local distribution partners, shipping charges may vary.

5. Payment Methods
In Attica, the following payment methods are supported:
Card payment
Cash on delivery
Bank transfer
Credit
For the rest of Greece, available methods are:
Card payment
Bank transfer (no cash on delivery)
For payment on credit, select “Immediate Bank Transfer or Credit”. If you do not have an agreed credit arrangement, please note that you would like credit in the order comments.
6. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations or returns are not possible. Adding products to an existing order is not possible.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
In case of an incorrect item or a missing product, the replacement is shipped at Yum Tales’ expense. The new shipment follows the respective delivery timelines, starting from the moment our team is informed.
