From February 13–16, Yum Tales will be at HORECA 2026, hosted at Metropolitan Expo (Hall 1 | Stand D10), presenting an experience focused on flavour, functionality and modern menu thinking.
For four days, our stand becomes a meeting point for professionals looking for inspiration, fresh ideas and well-curated solutions that work in real hospitality settings.
Bar takeovers with selected roasters


At the core of our presence are the bar takeovers by selected roasters, who will be behind the bar creating coffee recipes using plant-based milks from the Yum Tales portfolio. Each takeover highlights a different flavour approach and philosophy, showing how the right plant-based milk can support coffee character and bring cohesion to a modern menu.

New launches: Protein & Power Smoothies

HORECA 2026 will also mark the presentation of our latest launches, the Protein Smoothies and Power Smoothies. Two new smoothie ranges created for modern all-day menus, offering functional options with a strong focus on flavour. Visitors will be able to taste them at the stand and explore how they can complement coffee-led menus.
Recipes & inspiration through our Recipe Booklet
The experience is completed with selected recipes, available to taste at the stand and explored in detail through the Yum Tales recipe booklet.
